Since 2008, Entity Green has partnered with International Relief and Development to implement the U.S. Department of State funded Community Stabilization Project benefiting Jordanians, Palestinians and Iraqis in need. The project trained over 600 students in the first year and will train an additional 800 in the second year in the following fields: Cooking, IT, Commercial Painting, Automotive Maintenance, Construction, Mobile Phone Repair, Plumbing, Electrical Installation, Organic Gardening, and Recycling, as well as Carpentry and Welding. The program is designed to give students the expertise to work as assistants to professional contractors. For this particular project EG has placed a special emphasis on creating an environment where students feel at ease and able to focus on their training as many of the beneficiaries in the programs are living in difficult or unstable circumstances.
